Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No.
When will I get my clothes back?
24 Hours or next day for orders that are all wash & fold only.
Any orders with dry cleaning will require a minimum of 48 hours.
Can I drop off and pick up my order with you?
No. We are exclusively a pickup and delivery laundry service.

When do you offer pickup and delivery?
Daily from sunrise to sunset. Please sign into your account to see available driver pick-up and drop-off times for your next laundry delivery order.
What is the turnaround time?
24 Hours or next day for orders that are all wash & fold only. Any orders with dry cleaning will require a minimum of 48 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $40 minimum for pickup and delivery service.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
$1.99 per pound for loose wash and fold items. Some items are priced by item regardless of weight, such as comforters. Dry cleaning is priced by item, too. For a complete list of pricing, see our pricing page. All wash & fold and dry cleaning orders include pickup & delivery.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes
Is there a contract or long term commitment?

When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?

What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?

Dry Cleaning
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. $10 minimum on all dry cleaning orders.
What is the turnaround time for dry cleaning?
Orders that include any dry cleaning require a minimum of 48 hours to complete. Don't worry, though – the wait will be worth it!
- Any orders scheduled for pick-up on Thursday will be delivered by Monday.
- Any orders scheduled for pick-up on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.
Can I drop off and pick up my dry cleaning with you?
No. We are exclusively a pickup and delivery laundry service.
